Patoka Lake is one of Indiana’s best bass and crappie fishing lakes. Even the stripers are starting to gain a foothold in the lake. If you are a first time visitor there are two or three reliable guide services. You can rent boats of all kinds anything from a pontoon, to a houseboat and if you don’t want to tow yours, fishing boats are available as well. Patoka Lake also has a number of cabin rental options, anything from an inexpensive single room, to one large enough to handle a couple of families. Historic and beautiful French Lick, Indiana is nearby.  There are restaurants, stores and shops and even a Casino within 10 miles of the Lake.  Check the area out I am sure you will enjoy it.
